Humboldt Apothecary is committed to providing quality products to our customers and offers a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.
The guarantee is only valid for thirty (30) days from the product received date. Products received after the thirty (30) day window are not eligible for refunds. This thirty (30) day customer satisfaction guarantee and return policy applies to all regular priced items available. Items bought on sale are final and not included in our return policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will provide a return Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) slip and postage. The postage amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
If the need for a return is due to our error, such as an incorrect product, you will receive a full refund for the affected item. To return the product, email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) slip. Once you have received the RMA slip, please return the items for which the RMA has been expressed. No returns will be accepted without the RMA slip.
When your return has been acquired and inspected, we will send you an email to alert you that Humboldt Apothecary has received your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The time of refund does vary and is determined by your credit cardholder or bank.
Damaged Merchandise: We review each order for their condition and assure that the same level of quality is measured across all products. Upon receiving your order, please check your package carefully to see if the product was damaged during shipping. If the product was damaged during shipping, you will have 48 hours upon receiving your product to make a damage claim. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours and provide a thorough explanation regarding the damage. Please include photos as needed.
Orders usually ship every 3-5 days. Please allow up to 7 days for shipping. To track your order please reference the tracking number sent with your order confirmation. Feel free to contact us with questions or issues.
